You assume responsibility and obligation to ensure contacts provided to us are not registered with the national Do Not Call List, or any Do Not Call List. By using our services, you agree that it is your responsibility to ensure all calling activity is in compliance with TCPA regulations, and laws.
EchoX waives all liabilities related to illegal calling practices.
